1. What is Cold bonding line? And what is its function?
Plywood cold bonding line is one necessary machine for making plywood, its function for pre-press plywood which inside has glue on each veneers, through suitable pressure to press the glued plywood a while, inside glue will melt and stick together, thus each pieces of plywood will be shape. Then it will be more easier to convey plywood to each layers of hot press machine, and also be helpful for plywood quality.
Usually one set cold bonding line machine, its pressure can be 400ton, 500ton, 600ton, these three choice are popular and widely used.
Cold press's max opening and min opening can be customized according to different requires, like some clients require its max opening 1800mm, some require its max opening 1200mm, or others. We can customize it for you
