Working Process

1.  Panel in Position: The plywood panel is conveyed to the pick-up station by the upstream conveyor. A presence sensor detects the panel and stops the conveyor.

2.  CNC Positioning: The CNC system automatically calculates the pick-up position based on the preset panel dimensions and drives the suction beam to move directly above the panel.

3.  Vacuum Suction: The suction beam descends to the set height, the suction cups contact the panel surface, and the vacuum system activates, creating negative pressure to firmly grip the panel.

4.  Lifting & Traversing: The suction beam lifts the panel to a safe height. Simultaneously, the traverse axis activates, transferring the panel horizontally to the designated position above the pallet at high speed.

5.  Precise Placement: Upon reaching the target position, the suction beam descends slowly, the vacuum is released, and an auxiliary air blast helps place the panel smoothly onto the pallet or the previous stack.

6.  Reset & Cycle: The suction beam quickly returns to the pick-up point, waiting for the next panel. Meanwhile, the counting system records the number of stacked panels.

7.  Full Stack Output: When the preset number of stacked layers is reached, the machine automatically conveys the full pallet out and introduces a new empty pallet to start the next stacking cycle.
