Working Principle
The rotary peeling lathe adopts a spindle-less design. The log is clamped at both ends by a hydraulic or servo-driven system and rotated. Simultaneously, a precise CNC system controls the feeding motion of the tool carriage, allowing the peeling knife to continuously and smoothly cut the log into a continuous veneer ribbon. The entire process is automated and continuous, eliminating frequent stops for material changes and significantly improving production efficiency.
