The continuous hot press machine is a device that uses a continuously moving steel belt to press the formed and shaped particleboard billets under high temperature and pressure continuously, until they are shaped into solid boards of the specified thickness and density. The entire process is continuous, smooth, and highly automated.
The continuous hot press machine is the core equipment in modern particleboard production lines. It represents the highest level of high efficiency, high quality and automated production. Compared with the traditional intermittent hot press machines (single-sheet presses), it has achieved a revolutionary leap from "batch production" to "continuous production".

Frame: A huge steel structure framework, providing strong support for the entire press machine.
Hot press plate system: Multiple large heating plates, with channels inside for the circulation of heat-conducting medium, serving as the source of heat.
Steel strips: Two crucial seamless alloy steel strips. They require extremely high surface smoothness, flatness, tensile strength and heat resistance. The steel strips are responsible for transmitting pressure and heat, and determine the surface quality of the sheet.
Hydraulic system: The core component that provides pressurized power, achieving precise pressure control over the slab through numerous cylinders distributed along the length of the press machine.
Heating system: Usually consists of a heat transfer oil furnace, a circulation pump, pipelines and a control system, ensuring the stability and uniformity of the temperature of the hot pressing plate.
Steel belt tensioning and guiding system: Ensures that the steel belt maintains the appropriate tension and operates stably, preventing deviation and wrinkling.
Lubrication and cleaning system: Spray a release agent (such as silicone oil) between the steel belt and the hot pressing plate to prevent adhesion, and continuously clean the surface of the steel belt.
Control System: An advanced automation control system based on PLC and industrial computers. It integrates control over all key process parameters such as pressure, temperature, speed and thickness, and serves as the "brain" for achieving high-quality and stable production.
