<1> Log debarker machine
Debaker is the first step of the whole peeling line, it is for peel off wood bark, and make wood shape be round.
<2> Spindles rotary lathe
Peeling machine is the most important machine of the whole production line, it will produce wood veneers by peeling wood. the veneer thickness and cutting width will be produced as you set from the cnc screen.
<3> Log loader
Log loader for convey wood into debarker and peeling machine, so one veneer production line need two pieces
<4> Automatic stacker
Automatic stacker for sorting peeled veneers instead of two workers, so it will help you save labor cost, also it improve work efficiency.

Magnetic knife grinder, for grinding blade of debarker and peeling machine when it become blunt, make the blade edge become sharp again.
Because blade quality is also very important for veneer quality
The peeled veneer moisture is high, and it is not good for making the end wooden products.Therefore, veneer dryer is required, its function for drying veneer moisture
