This system is an intelligent high-precision drying equipment designed for plywood manufacturers pursuing ultimate drying accuracy. In plywood production, veneer drying is the core process determining final product quality, and slight deviations in moisture content can directly affect the strength, stability, and grade value of the final product . This system integrates online moisture sensors with an intelligent closed-loop control system to monitor in real-time and automatically adjust drying parameters, accurately controlling veneer moisture content within the set range (control accuracy up to ±2%) . The equipment is suitable for drying various rotary-cut or sliced wood veneers (thickness range: 0.2mm-6.2mm). Dried veneers exhibit high flatness and uniform moisture content, completely eliminating localized over-drying or under-drying, laying a solid foundation for high-quality production of subsequent plywood or LVL .
Core Technology: Online Monitoring and Closed-Loop Control
The core of this system lies in real-time feedback control technology. The dryer is equipped with high-precision moisture sensors and temperature/humidity sensors , continuously monitoring during the veneer drying process:
 
1. Inlet Moisture Detection: Detects the initial moisture content of wet veneers at the infeed, providing the basis for the system to set initial drying parameters
2. Dynamic Process Monitoring: Sensors arranged at different positions in the drying zone track moisture content changes in real-time

MINGHUNG Veneer Dryer Good Parts
1.  Heating System: Comprising the heat source equipment and hot air delivery ducts, responsible for generating and supplying the thermal energy needed for drying.
2.  Drive and Conveying System: Composed of motors, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, and main drive rollers, responsible for driving the upper and lower arrays of rollers or mesh belts to smoothly grip and convey the veneers through the dryer.
3.  Drying Main Body (Chamber): The enclosed main structure of the equipment, containing the insulation layer, nozzle boxes, fans, and air ducts. This is the core space where heat and moisture exchange occurs between the hot air and the veneers.
4.  Air Circulation System: Consisting of high-volume axial flow fans and guide vanes, it forces hot air to circulate and jet vertically at high speed onto the top and bottom surfaces of the veneers, ensuring drying efficiency.
5.  Electrical Control System: Includes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen interface, temperature control instruments, and variable frequency drives. It controls conveying speed, drying temperature, fan speed, and monitors the equipment's operational status.
6.  Moisture Exhaust System: Uses exhaust fans and dampers to expel the humid, moisture-laden air evaporated from the veneers during drying, maintaining the necessary humidity gradient within the drying medium.
7.  Frame and Insulation Structure: The supporting skeleton of the equipment, fitted with high-quality insulation layers to minimize heat loss, reduce energy consumption, and improve the working environment.
