Gluing & Forming Section: Dried veneer enters an Automatic Glue Spreader for even and precise adhesive application. The glued veneer is then stacked into panels by a Fully Automatic Layup Line, significantly enhancing production speed and assembly accuracy.

Core Pressing & Curing Section: The formed mat is conveyed into the heart of the line – the Hot Press. A mature and reliable multi-layer hot press machine with greater flexibility. This stage ensures complete adhesive curing through precisely controlled temperature, pressure, and time.

Finishing & Processing Section: Pressed panels are treated by a Cooling and Flipping Station before being processed by a high-precision Calibrating Sander. This ensures the boards achieve exact thickness and a smooth surface finish, meeting the demands of high-end markets.
