The Short Cycle Laminating Press is a highly efficient processing equipment used for surface decoration of artificial boards (such as particleboard, medium density fiberboard(MDF boards), etc.). It rapidly presses decorative veneers (such as melamine impregnated paper, PVC, wood veneer, etc.) onto the surface of the base material through high temperature and high pressure.
1. Core features
Short-cycle production: The single lamination cycle is usually between 20 and 60 seconds, making it suitable for flexible production with small batches and multiple varieties.
High temperature and high pressure: It adopts electric heating or oil heating methods, with a temperature that can reach 180-220ºC and a pressure of approximately 5-30MPa, ensuring a firm veneer.
Automation control: PLC or CNC systems control parameters such as pressure, temperature, and time to ensure consistency.
Multi-layer design: Common single-layer or multi-layer presses are available. Multiple layers can process multiple sheets simultaneously, enhancing efficiency.
If you want the Melamine press works automatically, then it can equipped with Auto loader and unloader. Thus the whole line only need 1 worker, save labor cost and high work efficiency.
