This is laminating hot press for making film faced plywood, anti-slip plywood, hexa plywood
Its function for laminating film or face veneer or melamine, on both sides of plywood, and through press it, produce the end product.
Because need laminating film on both plywood sides, so usually the lamination hot press machine will work together with semi-auto infeeder. Its working way like this: workers put the film and plywood on the platform, and the platform will convey film plywood into semi auto infeeder, and the semi auto infeeder will convey plywood into hot press machine.
Also consider its working way, so it is not suitable multi layers more than 10, so at most you can choose 10layers, also can be 8layers, 6layers or others
For the lamination hot press machine, stainless steel plate and crash pad are necessary. On the two sides of each hot platen, will have stainless steel plate and cushion pad.
