This is strong frame 800ton 12 decks hot press machine for making plywood board which size 1700*2200mm, so the hot plates size will be customized 1900*2700mm. For some clients, they not produce the standard plywood size 1250*2500mm, they produce the bigger format, so the hot press machine will be produced bigger.
When the hot press machine pressure big and size bigger, usually for its frame, we will make it stronger to understake such high pressure and make the pressure balance.
As we know, hydraulic hot press is one machinery for making plywood panel and LVL board, through high pressure and heating temperature, make each pieces plywood solid and strong.
One set hot press machine can be produced to be different layers, pressure, size, to satisfy different clients requires.
For our hot press machine, we choose and use good spare parts like the oil cylinder, hot platens, hydraulic station, electric box. So we can make sure our plywood hot press is good quality, will works very well and long life span.
