As this picture show, it is the Plywood making machine in our Brazil client factory, the Glue machine is Pneumatic type glue spreader, 600Ton cold press with Double frame, and 26 layers Hot press machine, Keep works very well and machine good quality.
Pneumatic Glue Spreader Machine
Compare with the traditional standard glue machine types, Pneumatic type can automatic life and down, easy for worker to clean it and adjust the distance
Except the standard length 1500mm, 2700mm, we also can design it as your requires such as 1800mm, 2000mm, 2800mm or others
Cold press machine, for Pre-pressing glued veneer plywood. This is 600Ton strong cold press machine with double frame, keep strong and stable, which can undertake high pressure
Hot press machine, is one core equipment for making plywood board. This is 26 layers which can press 26pcs plywood one time, and pressure is 800ton with 6pcs oil cylinders, with Lift tables for help workers to easy input and take out plywood.
We can design the Hot press machine to be different layers from 5-50 layers, when the hot press's layers become more, it is better equipped with Automatic loader and unloader, for automatic loading and unloading plywood board, to improve production capacity and save labor cost.
As your plywood size, we also can design the Hot press machine for you. Such as 1250*2500mm, 1525*1525mm, 1700*2200mm, 1500*3000mm or others
