Production Line Process

1.  Birch Log Processing: Log yard crane feeding → Precision cross-cutting by multi-blade saw → Efficient ring debarker.

2.  Birch Veneer Peeling: High-precision peeling via CNC centering lathe → Green veneer conveying and continuous clipping.

3.  Veneer Drying: Green veneer enters a multi-layer mesh belt or roller dryer, utilizing staged temperature and humidity control to ensure even drying and prevent cracking/warping.

4.  Dry Veneer Composing: Dried veneer is auto-sorted → Defects patched by high-precision patcher → Core veneer spliced into full sheets.

5.  Gluing & Lay-up: Uniform glue application via double-roll glue spreader or curtain coater → Choice of fully automatic cross-banding lay-up line or high-efficiency semi-automatic tables.

6.  Pre-pressing & Hot Pressing: Matt is pre-formed by a high-tonnage pre-press → Auto-loaded into a large multi-opening hot press (e.g., 30+ openings) for curing under precisely controlled temperature, pressure, and time.

7.  Post-pressing Sanding & Cutting: Pressed panels are cooled → Precisely trimmed by high-speed panel sizing saw → Calibrated via a heavy-duty multi-head sander.

8.  Grading & Packing: Automatic grading and inspection → Automatic stacking and bundling → Film wrapping or strapping for storage.
