Working Process
1. Log Feeding: Place the debarked and cut-to-length wooden block onto the feeding support.
2. Automatic Feeding: The block enters the peeling area, clamped and driven by dual drive rollers.
3. Peeling Operation: The knife carriage automatically feeds, and the blade continuously peels veneer at the preset thickness.
4. Veneer Output: The peeled veneer is guided to the discharge end via guide plates.
5. Core Discharge: When the remaining diameter is too small for further peeling, the core automatically drops off, completing the cycle.
