It is a high technology Press for making Wood based panel -OSB board, Particle board, MDF /HDF, Through A steel belt carries the slab through a heating and pressurizing space composed of multiple layers of hot-pressed plates, which can be as long as several tens of meters. During the movement, the slab is subjected to pressure and heat, and the adhesive cures, eventually resulting in the continuous discharge of formed slabs from the exit.
Compare with the Tradiational Multi-opening Hot press, it keeps Continuous working way in 24 hours per day, not stop, High efficiency and suitable for Big production capacity.
Continuous flat hot press can be designed to be different length as your required Production capacity, from 20meters ~ 46 meters, suitable for big production capacity from 100,000 ~ 500,000 cbm/year.

The Structure of Continuous Press:
1. Press frame
Function: It is the backbone of the entire hot press machine, bearing all the pressure and heat. It must have extremely high rigidity, strength and stability to prevent deformation.
Composition: Usually, it is made of welded thick steel plates to form a box-shaped structure or a strong frame. It determines the total length and effective width of the hot press machine (which determines the size of the sheet material)
2. Hot Pressing Plate System
Function: Provides the heat and pressure required for the hot pressing process.
Composition:
Hot pressing plate: Multiple large steel plates (each typically about 1-1.5 meters long) are connected end to end to form two huge heating planes on the top and bottom. Dense holes are drilled inside for the circulation of heat medium (hot oil or steam).
Heating system: It consists of an external large-scale heating boiler (such as a hot oil boiler or steam boiler), a circulation pump, pipelines and control systems, ensuring uniform and stable temperature of the heated pressure plate.
3. Steel Belt and Its Drive System
Function: The steel belt acts as a "moving mold base plate", which supports the slab and smoothly transports it across the entire press machine.
Composition:
Steel strip: A seamless, high-precision and high-strength alloy steel strip (with a thickness of approximately 2-3mm). The surface is extremely smooth and serves as the forming surface for the underside of the sheet.
Drive roller: The main drive roller located at the outlet end of the press machine, providing the forward driving force for the steel belt.
Tensioning roller: Located at the inlet end of the press machine, it applies an appropriate tension force to the steel strip through hydraulic or mechanical means to prevent it from slipping and deviating.
Correction system: A set of precise hydraulic or pneumatic sensors and adjustment mechanisms that continuously monitor the position of the steel belt and fine-tune the angle of the tensioning rollers to ensure that the steel belt always runs along the center line. This is the key to ensuring safe and smooth production.
4. Hydraulic Pressurization System
Function: Provides the necessary high pressure for billet pressing and enables precise zone control of the pressure.
Composition:
Main hydraulic cylinder: There are numerous of them, distributed along the entire length above (or below) the press machine. They push the hot pressing plate downward (or upward).
Zone control: This is the core technology of the continuous flat press machine. The press machine is divided into multiple pressure zones along its length (for example: inlet zone, main pressure zone, exhaust zone, stabilization zone, etc.). Each zone is controlled by a set of independent hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic valves.
Pressure control: The system can set different pressures for each zone according to process requirements. For instance, the pressure at the entry zone is higher to quickly compress the billet; the pressure in the main pressure zone is the highest to ensure the full curing of the adhesive; and the pressure before the exit is reduced to prevent the sheet from "springing back".
Plunger frame: The oil cylinder drives a series of connected plunger frames, which in turn push the hot pressing plate to evenly distribute the pressure.
5. Roller blanket system
Function: This is a unique design that distinguishes it from traditional batch-type presses.
Transmitting pressure: Between the upper heating plate and the main cylinder/piston frame, there is a "blanket" composed of hundreds of high-strength heat-resistant rollers. This "blanket" can not only evenly transfer the pressure of the cylinder to the heating plate, but also allow the heating plate and the steel strip to move continuously.
Reduce friction: By converting the significant sliding friction between the upper pressing plate and the stationary cylinder system into rolling friction of the rollers, the driving power and wear are greatly reduced.
