If hot press wants to work, it has to connect with boiler, whatever steam boiler, oil boiler, or electricity boiler. According to your plywood size, we will produce the suitable hot plates size, to press your plywood. For example, many clients produce standard plywood size as 1250*2500mm and 1220*2440mm, but there are some other demands of plywood, for example, some our clients produce 1525*1525mm plywood, some produce 1700*2200mm plywood, so we will produce the hot plates size as your plywood conditions.
The press time of hot press machine is not fixed, it related with your plywood thickness, size, production technique, and others. When the plywood thickness thin like less than 18mm, its press time will be less; Instead, when the plywood thickness thicker, then its press time will be longer.
