01 FULL SETS OF OSB PRODUCTION
Step1: Raw Material & Screening
The first step in particle board manufacturing is the preparation of raw materials. Wood logs or residues are collected and debarked to remove the outer layer. Then wood particles are sorted based on their size.

 Step2: Drying & Glue Mixing
The original strands with high moisture is not suitable for next production step. Drying is usually convection drying in a drum dryer: the particles slowly pass through an elongated, rotating drum that is inclined slightly downwards. Then they are mixed with a resin binder in a blending machine.
Step3: Forming & Pre Press 
The blended mixture of wood  particles and resin is spreaded evenly on a continuous conveyor belt or forming line. The thickness and density of particle board is controlled by adjusting the amount of mixture applied to the conveyor belt. Then the formed mat of wood particles and resin is tranferred to the pre press. In order to ensure a high panel qulity, pre-pressing is usually carried out before the hot pressing.
Step4: Trimming & Sanding 
After the pressing process, the particle boards are trimmed to the desired dimensions using edge trimming saw. Then the finished boards are sanded to achieve a smooth surface and remove any imperfections.
