Laminating Melamine Plywood Hot Press

 

Film hot press is the necessary machine for making film faced plywood. It is for laminating film paper on plywood surface, and press it. 
For film hot press, usually it will work together with semi auto infeeder, which function for convey film plywood into hot press machine automatically.
For film hot press, actually it is not special, just the hot press machine with stainless steel plate and crash pad. 
For the film hot press with semi auto infeeder, it is better 10 layers, or you can choose it smaller. 

This is cushion pad and stainless steel plate. On each hot plates, with two pieces cushion pad and stainless steel plate.
 

If you want to produce honeycomb plywood or anti slip plywood, then the stainless steel plate will with pattern like above picture. Thus your end product will be the honeycomb plywood.
