This machine is a specialized post-processing device designed for plywood production lines. Utilizing vacuum suction technology, it automatically and precisely stacks thin veneers produced by peeling machines or dryers into neat piles. This equipment completely solves the problems of slow manual stacking, high labor intensity, and potential board damage, significantly improving the production line's continuous operation capability and automation level. Its advanced electronic control system adapts to various veneer specifications, ensuring neat stacks for the convenience of subsequent processes .
 

Main Components
 

1.  Infeed Conveyor System: Receives veneers from upstream equipment and feeds them smoothly into the stacker.
2.  Vacuum Conveyor Belt: The core component. A fan generates negative pressure to firmly hold the veneer against the belt for high-speed transport .
3.  Kicker/Release Mechanism: When the veneer reaches the designated stacking position, cylinder-driven kicker arms quickly release it from the vacuum belt .
4.  Lifting Stacking Platform: Receives the falling veneers and automatically descends as the stack height increases, maintaining a constant drop height for precision.
5.  Frame and Control System (PLC + Touch Screen): A high-strength welded frame ensures stable operation, while the PLC and touch screen enable parameter setting, fault diagnosis, and automated control .

Working Process
 

1.  Infeeding: Veneers are transported from upstream equipment (e.g., a rotary lathe) via a conveyor into the stacker inlet.
2.  Vacuum Transport: The veneer enters the vacuum zone and is held against the underside of the circulating conveyor belt by negative pressure, then transported at high speed .
3.  Sorting & Positioning: The system identifies the veneer based on preset programs (e.g., length, thickness, quality grade). When the veneer reaches the designated stacking station, the control system activates.
4.  Releasing & Stacking: The kicker arm at the corresponding station instantly activates, knocking the veneer off the belt to land precisely on the lifting platform below .
5.  Stack Output: The lifting platform automatically descends to maintain a constant drop height. Once the preset stack height is reached, the platform moves the stack to the next process or for forklift removal.
