What is the FIlm lamination hot press?
Film lamination hot press is one necessary machine for making film faced plywood board. Its function for pressing plywood with film. For make the work more easy and not hurt the film, usually the film lamination hot press will work together with its semi-auto infeeder. This auto infeeder will convey the plywood with film into each layers of infeeder, then the auto infeeder will convey the film plywood into hot press machine. It can help you laminating film on both plywood side at the same time, and when it convey the film plywood into hot press, will not hurt the film.
For the film hot press machine, usually we adivse directly choose pressure 800ton, so whatever you want to laminating film, face veneer, or melamine, this machine all can work and make sure working good. Consider the working principle of the semi auto infeeder, it is not suitable for more layers, therefore, for the film hot press machine, usually 10 layers are widely used, or you can reduce the layers like 8 or 6 as you want.
To be ensure the film surface hot press line works, the stainless steel plate and cushion pad are necessary. Usually the stainless steel plate has 2mm and 3mm thickness, we advise directly choose 3mm. They will put on each hot platens, one hot platen will with two piece stainless steel plates and two pieces of cushion pad.
Of course, some clients will produce the film faced plywood with pattern like the pictures, thus it requires the stainless steel plate with such pattern.
