Usually such type hot press machine is one floor, each time press one piece of melamine board, but everytime its pressing time is fast, so we call it short cycle, in a short time, by the high pressure and heating temperature, make the melamine on the mdf board or particle board surface. And it can laminating melamine on both panel sides at the same time.
Short cycle hot press machine can be different pressure according to the specific requirements, for example, it can be 1200ton, 1600ton, 2000ton or others.
